Return & Refund Policy
We, CodeScripts guarantee to provide accurate descriptions, product specifications and high-quality, best quality product as mentioned in this website.
In case of product shipped to user is found non-working, damaged, mismatched as described in specifications or faulty then the customer needs to inform within 5 days from date of receiving the consignment or said courier.
The products need to be returned for verification and inception. Furthermore, no warranty will applicable if the product (received as return from said user) has been subject to misuse, static discharge, handling with neglection, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Customer/user have to return the said courier or consignment properly and need to send its tracking number, Name of courier service of return shipment within defined time period of 5 days from date of receiving the consignment or said courier from CodeScripts.
Once our team considered or validated return accepted component / product as part of verification or inception process, then CodeScripts will ship another same component / Product in 3 working days, if somehow, we unable to manage delivery, we will issue 100 % refund as per our company policy in 3-5 working days.
CodeScripts have reserved the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Due to the nature and quality check procedures for all our products, we are selling our products with confident & strict quality policy to ensure end customer satisfaction.
We are offering or allowing order cancellation or return of product to user only if there is valid technical reason and if validated, inspected and approved by CodeScripts In-House Engineering team.
Order Cancellation
Orders only those are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled.
If user order has already moved or changed to a different status, then user won’t be able to alter it or cancel it under any circumstances or under any reasons.
Sometimes or in some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5.5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer or user and same has been acknowledged in this “Return, Refund & cancellation policy” statement.
Note: This is because most of the payment gateway service providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded from user/customer.
